Ottoman coffee, like Turkish coffee, is made from finely ground coffee beans. However, Ottoman coffee is a blend of coffee enriched with various spices and flavors. This blend gives the coffee a unique flavor and aroma.
During the Ottoman Empire, Ottoman coffee was a beverage that strengthened social bonds and played an important role in conversations. Coffeehouses were important places where ideas were exchanged, cultural events were held and a break from daily life.

With 8 different aromatic structures, our Ottoman coffee has an ideal flavor for soft-drinking coffee lovers.

Ezel Ottoman Coffee contains Yemen coffee, carob, cream, chocolate, mastic gum, menengiç, Sahlep and cardamom. It does not contain sweetener.

With its finely ground structure and rich content, it helps you feel energetic and dynamic all day long with every sip.

Ottoman Coffee Cooking Method

Use one teaspoon of Ezel Ottoman Coffee for one cup.

For one cup, add one cup of water to your coffee pot.

Add the desired amount of sugar, place the coffee pot on the stove over low heat and stir gently.

When your coffee starts to foam, divide the foam equally into each cup, pour the remaining coffee in the coffee pot into the cups after boiling for one more stone and your coffee is ready to serve…
