Menengiç coffee has preserved its place in our culture as one of the traditional flavors of Anatolia for centuries. Popular in various regions of Turkey, especially in cities such as Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa and Adıyaman, menengiç coffee has become an indispensable drink in local coffee houses and homes.
Menengic coffee is made from the fruits of the Menengiç tree, which grows ecologically without cultivation in the mountainous rural areas of Southeastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia and the Mediterranean regions of Turkey. This coffee is obtained by roasting, grinding and passing through a certain preparation process. It has a more oily structure than other coffees. Menengic coffee is also known to be caffeine-free and has a slightly nutty, fruity flavor.

Our Ezel Menengic coffee contains Yemen Coffee, Menengic Coffee, Cream, Gum and Sahlep.

Menengic Coffee Cooking Method
Use one teaspoon of Ezel Menengic Coffee for one cup.
For one cup, add one cup of water to the coffee pot. (You can make it with milk if you wish)
Add the desired amount of sugar, place the coffee pot on the stove over low heat and stir gently.
When your coffee starts to foam, divide the foam equally into each cup, pour the remaining coffee in the coffee pot into the cups after boiling for a while and your coffee is ready to serve…
